I am trying to charge my 4xe from the Tesla Level 2 home charger
First adapter (AKSESROYAL Tesla Charger to J1772 Compatible Charging Adapter, Wall Connector - Connects UMC Tesla High Charging Box Stations to SAE J1772 Socket to Electro Vehicles & Cars, Max 48A & 250V) give me a error.

Does anyone charge a 2023 Jeep EV from a Tesla Level 2 charger and what adapter worked for you.

Thank you

Hi @sheehysm welcome to the forum! I've never used the AKSESROYAL before but the Lectron adapter works all the time for me.

How long have you had your 4xe?

Hey @sheehysm, TeslaTap is another one that is common with 4xe owners.

Thanks for the recommendation. Order it .. Amazon will deliver on Sat

Took possession on Sat -

Holiday gift for the wife - She loves it

Can I ask some follow on questions ?

Is yours a 4xe ? How many mile should it charge to ? I get 29 - Web tells me it should be 49 ?

Real miles are much less - Switched from bat to gas after 25 or so

Please share any tips you have learned.

Thank you

Great. Let us know how that adapter works for you.

I don't drive much in fully electric mode in my 4xe but when I have i usually get around the same numbers. That 49 mile range you saw would be under absolute perfect driving conditions and the most range you can get. It's not necessarily a guarantee you'll get that range every time. Just like how fuel economy can change based on driving style and driving conditions the same thing happens with EV range. What kind of a commute do you have when you use EV mode?

Good evening
The new adapter (Lectron) throw the same error to the jeep but now takes the Tesla charge offline.
Bad to worse

Any possibility that we could talk on the phone ?
This level 1 charging is frustration.

Thanks again for you input
